Position Details :

• Title : Maintenance Technician
• Location : Chambersburg, PA
• Shift : Monday Thursday : 6 : 00am-4 : 00pm and 8 hours on Friday
• Travel : None
• Compensation : $28 / hro Bonuses / Additional Compensation : Overtime available

• Vaccine Requirement : NonePosition Description : Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties.

This position requires a highly organized; very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience.

The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.

• Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
• Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
• Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
• Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.Requirements :
• Experience with Allen Bradley process controls / logic
• Basic and advanced electrical, and electronic troubleshooting
• Basic welding / cutting operations.
• Basic technical drawing and the ability to read prints.Preferred Skills :
• 2-4 years electro-mechanical experience
• Experience with manufacturing equipment or working in a manufacturing plant preferred.
