Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement initiatives to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and networks.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on key recruitment metrics and trends.
Team- Lead hiring decisions, training, and performance evaluations for the Talent Acquisition team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement.
- Establish defined responsibilities and achievement goals and manage team resources to ensure current and future objectives are met with optimum efficiency.
- Ensure teams utilize processes, products and/or techniques
Experience- Substantial experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is essential.
- Proven track record in progressively responsible roles, including leadership positions in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and inspire a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
- Experience in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition, such as applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Expertise in building and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Experience in generating reports and providing insights to inform decision-making.
Preferred- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a similar leadership role.
