Your Role With Us:
The Director Talent Acquisition directs the design and implementation of recruitment programs and processes for staff, leadership, and employed provider hiring. Responsibilities include identification of staffing needs, student/university relations, recruitment pipeline, and provider contracting. The director ensures effective methods are used to attract qualified diverse talent to the organization.
