  • Servant Talent is hiring a Director of Recruiting for our client in Scottsdale, AZ. (alternate location is Lansdowne, VA) Relocation package available.

    As the Director of Recruiting, you will report to the VP of Human Resources, and be responsible for the following:

    Your Essential Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other recruiting professionals.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets hiring objectives.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline recruitment processes.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruiting team and regularly report on recruitment metrics.
    • Use data to analyze and improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior-level recruiting role, preferably as a Director or in a leadership capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
    • Ability to leverage technology for efficient and data-driven recruitment processes.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
