Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Position Purpose

This position leads strategy and design to create a culture of career within the company so that employees can grow, develop, and move across the company - leveraging internal mobility as a means to continuously create new opportunities for enhanced capabilities and performance. This position evaluates and enhances the Performance Management and Talent Planning processes to ensure exceptional delivery, meaningful outcomes, robust talent pools, and complete succession plans. This role proactively collaborates with DEI and Talent Acquisition team to leverage talent management efforts to increase diverse representation within the company. Additionally, this role manages the Talent Management team.
