Talent Management Manager manages the development, implementation, and administration of programs that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance. Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Talent Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Store Leaders are the backbone of the retail experience, serving as the leader of their store and sales team. Store Leaders are responsible for the operational standards and sales goals of their store. Strong leadership skills are required in this role. Coaching the sales team towards financial success by meeting or exceeding sales goals, ensuring customer service standards are being met, inventory and cash management, along with promoting a positive culture are all critical parts of the daily responsibilities of a Store Leader.

    We’re always looking to bring on best-in-class team members, which is why we offer some of the best-in-class compensation in the wireless retail space! Store Leaders who meet or exceed minimum expectations can earn an average of $30,000/year or more in bonus, and top performers can earn $50,000/year in bonus after their first 12 months ($39520 per year base rate plus bonus). Bonus is based on sales goals set for a given market.

    AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Manage the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
    • Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements
    • Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers
    • Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory and cash shrink
    • Recruit, train and develop high performing Sales Advocates
    • Discipline Sales Advocates as necessary and in conformance with Company policies and procedures
    • Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
    • Assure that store operates in full compliance with AT&T and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements
    • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate
    • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
    • Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Area Sales Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
    • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience
    • Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis
    • Work evenings, weekends and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule ( any hours worked MUST be reflected on the published schedule and approved by your supervisor).
    • Store Managers are scheduled 40 hrs/wk, 8 hrs/day, on average.

    AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager Qualifications:
    • Two plus years of retail wireless management experience
    • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
    • Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
    • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems
    • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
    • Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
    • Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
    • Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
    • Taking initiative and striving and creating results
    • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Speak effectively before customers or Team Members of the organization whether individually or in groups.
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including but not limited to, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
    • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.
