Talent Management Manager manages the development, implementation, and administration of programs that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance. Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Talent Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Revenue Cycle Manager

  • As a Revenue Cycle (RC) Systems Manager, you will have a positive impact on the growth of this expanding healthcare company. As part of this mission, you will get to research and review current systems and processes within charge management, posting payments, and other work drivers. Review and analyze how data flows (EDI), assess compliance HL7, perform data analysis, and create improvements that will speed time to increase revenue.

    The Need: You will play a pivotal role in the system transformation and implementation of the Revenue Cycle. This position offers a unique blend of people skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to meet deadlines. This position will report to the VP of Revenue Cycle and is an in-office role in Indianapolis.

    What you’ll do:
    • Lead, define, plan, and coordinate the implementation, integration, and support of revenue cycle systems.
    • Work on RCM systems related to claims, payments, chargemaster, and file maintenance. This includes identifying solutions to support business needs and development of implementation and change strategies.
    • You’ll maintain the current RCM system, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Troubleshoot system issues and coordination with internal/external partners.
    • Monitor, update chargemaster and maintenance files to be up to date and adhere to billing requirements.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Payer Relations, and IT departments to ensure system activity is executed.
    • You will serve as the main contact for Revenue Cycle systems needs and development for the company.

    Experience Needed:
    • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Healthcare, or equivalent professional experience
    • Typically, 2 years of Healthcare experience with Revenue Cycle system applications/configuration
    • Proficiency in process design optimization and the ability to communicate RCM business needs to IT
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing
    • RC Systems experience, Salesforce experience is ideal or similar CRM, other payer platforms, MS Office Suite, especially Excel - advanced functions and formulas
