Scenic Hill Solar is seeking a Construction Manager to take the lead with installation teams. With the opportunity to work locally within 2 hours of Little Rock, and tremendous growth opportunities, you’ll gain industry experience and be a part of a company that is revolutionizing Arkansas solar!

Responsibilities:

• Visiting and inspecting job sites as needed
• Managing projects as they come along
• Working directly with clients and getting client expectations
• Taking the lead with site teams
• Laying out logistics for site plans
• Charting project equipment
• Overseeing site schedules
• Training site teams on installation machine operation
• Ordering project materials
• Managing site teams in the field

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Construction Management experience preferred
• 2 years of field leadership experience
• 1 year of Excel experience
• Proven experience managing client relationships
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Ability to work from home
• Problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities

• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 30 (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Little Rock, AR (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Little Rock, AR: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
