Manager, Learning and Talent Development
Position
Reporting to the Director of Learning and Talent Development (L&D), this role is internally and outwardly facing in scope. It is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, matrixed environment, who is committed to delivering engaging, agile, scalable, and most importantly, impactful learning experiences to various departments and teams at PosiGen. This individual works with a spirit of positive “can do” energy, flexibility, attention to detail, and proactiveness. This role will be a “working manager” role and will require actual training delivery, as well as management of a small team of L&D Training Specialists. Applicants should be natural facilitators and collaborators who are comfortable hosting live events and virtual events when needed.
This role will be focused on developing our internal teams, as well as providing L&D support to our Channel Partner business. Focuses to include aiding in the; increase of sales velocity within our Direct and Channel sales networks. This hands-on role will liaise closely with PosiGen Sales Leadership, PosiGen Operations Leadership, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Channel Partners as well as cross-functional partners. The goal of driving time to productivity for both our Direct Sales and Channel Partners business, which ultimately impacts customer satisfaction and success, is paramount.
