In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building our staff augmentation division called Friends of PRPL (FoP). You will be primarily responsible for finding and retaining top talent for our clients and assisting in managing our staff augmentation contracts. A day in the life of the Talent Manager will include recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, client communications, and operational tasks. You are the “face” of PRPL to newcomers. You have a natural sense and ability to connect with others and can work with both talent and clients to solve staffing needs.
