Our client who is a local chemicals manufacturer is looking to hire a experience Maintenance and Reliability leader who will have responsibility over three facilities.
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Develop and implement reliability strategies and programs to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and generate reports.
- Oversee the implementation of predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and develop action plans to address any issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing reliability programs in a chemical manufacturing setting or closely related industry.
