Talent Management Manager manages the development, implementation, and administration of programs that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance. Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Talent Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     SUMMARY 

    The Facility Manager & Go Minis Driver is responsible for the efficient management of the Go Minis yard and physical facility to ensure optimal storage and operational delivery of portable containers. This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, coordinating the routing of deliveries, and managing the sales pipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    Facility Management:

    • Maintain the property and grounds in a professional and functional manner.

    • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility.

    • Stay updated on local laws and codes regarding evictions and auctions, including executing repossession of default units.

    • Assemble Go Minis containers, procure and supervise temp labor before and during assembly.

    • Maintain inventory logs and conduct inventory audits.

    • Repair damaged units as needed.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols to protect customer belongings and maintain a safe working environment.

    Go Mini Container Delivery:

    • Drive a 25ft company delivery truck to deliver storage containers to commercial and residential customers.

    • Ensure safe delivery without damaging client property or the containers.

    • Update delivery system in GM1 with photos of units and proof of delivery/placement.

    • Load and unload the Go-Mini Portable containers, securing them with tie downs and safety chains.

    • Perform basic maintenance on delivery trucks and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues to a supervisor immediately.

    • Safe driving practices for delivery of containers in limited clearance and/or placement parameters. 

    • Plan and execute efficient delivery routes based on customer needs, fuel efficiency and traffic patterns.

    • Communicate with dispatchers and customers to provide delivery status and practice courteous and professional customer service.

    • Report maintenance or mechanical issues to your supervisor immediately.

    • Keep vehicles clean and well maintained, inside and out of the vehicle.

    • Maintain excellent compliance for mileage, service, and other vehicle requirements.

    • Compliance with weight and hauling legal specifications for delivery.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and mutual respect. 

    Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Implement Big Guy Storage marketing plan to maintain an active sales pipeline.

    • Reach out to commercial businesses in the area to secure new business through introductions and follow-ups.

    • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving customer problems and handling sales inquiries via telephone, internet, and walk-ins professionally.


    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in facility management or sales are preferred.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Proven experience in facility management, sales, or a related field.

    Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


    Compensation: 45k/year
