Position Purpose
The Manager, Talent Management is responsible for the creation and execution of company talent management strategy designed to advance, support, and retain employees. This position leads strategy and design to create a culture of career within the company so that employees can grow, develop, and move across the company - leveraging internal mobility as a means to continuously create new opportunities for enhanced capabilities and performance. This position evaluates and enhances the Performance Management and Talent Planning processes to ensure exceptional delivery, meaningful outcomes, robust talent pools, and complete succession plans. This role proactively collaborates with DEI and Talent Acquisition team to leverage talent management efforts to increase diverse representation within the company. Additionally, this role manages the Talent Management team.
