POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will locate and vet prospective candidate profiles and resumes to verify a potential fit within our organization. You will utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to capture the appropriate information regarding the prospective candidate’s experience and skill set. This role will connect with prospective candidates through multiple sourcing platforms, organize and execute initial interviews, coordinate all additional steps in the interview process, and build rapport. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also handle the pre-employment onboarding for your candidates. To succeed in this role, you must be responsible for your deadlines, be organized with great attention to detail, capable of adjusting focus often, and be comfortable with a constantly changing environment.
