Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     This role serves as Braskem's strategist for leadership development. This person brings new practices and programs to Braskem that foster a culture of high performance and continuous development while accelerating a climate of inclusiveness, driving alignment between DEI initiatives, culture initiatives, and leadership development initiatives. This role's main focuses are Succession Planning, Talent Review, Mentoring, and Coaching Leadership development programs. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement strategies that foster and consolidate the company's culture, building initiatives that help translate corporate values into everyday behavior  
    • Design, plan, and implement local Leadership Development Programs in alignment with the company's Corporate Leadership Development guidelines. 
    • Drive the company's Talent and Succession Planning discussion in the region in alignment with the corporate processes and guidelines. 
    • Design and manage development programs such as Coaching and Mentoring in alignment with the company's global talent management strategy, defining the process and procedures for the region 
    • Support Leaders and People and Organization professionals with tools and training on Individual development 
    • Work in partnership with the DEI area to incorporate DEI elements into people practices, ensuring inclusive procedures and processes. 
    • Remain current on Talent Management through external networks and organizations. 

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of experience in Talent Management/Development 
    • Ten years of HR work-related experiences 
    • Experience with the design and management of employee and leadership development 
    • B.S. in Human Resources or Business
