Must-haves to apply for this job:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a business-related field OR 3 years working experience in order management software systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

What this job is all about:

Your key responsibilities will be to manage orders throughout the life cycle of the order. You’ll also be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the delivery of TABASCO® Brand products.

In this job, you’ll do things like:

• Manage the accurate processing of orders, including pricing and discounts, within the order management system in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure excellence in customer service by maintaining an open line of communication with our customers and brokers as well as, members of our logistics, sales and accounting teams
• Assist in the monthly close process as it relates to sales order processing and timely invoicing
• Participate in other key components like issuing credit memos, freight claims, and supporting the entire order management team as needed.
