Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Job Description

    - In this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the Operational team and the customer experience. 

    - Responsible for greeting clients and managing the reception area, client outreach, and appointment scheduling.

    - In this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and see each client through to completion.

    - You will support management by gathering needed data and generating reports.

    - In this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations and assembling all necessary information for customer enrollment.  

    - Respond to business phones including directing callers to appropriate staff, responding to voicemail messages within 24 hours of receipt, scheduling client appointments and reaching out to clients who fail to report for appointments

    - Seek out process improvements to improve the company

    - Manage and direct customer and team member communications

    - Manage and facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers and work with leadership to evaluate the success of workshops.  

    - Participate in workshop content development, recommend workshop content improvements, and coordinate workshops with program and community partners. 

    - Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process.  Track workshop attendance.  Create monthly workshop calendar

    - Experienced in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Word and Excel.  

    - Experienced entering information in a database and applying data entry integrity.

    - You have a High School or General Education Diploma or higher and 1-2 years of clerical experience and are ready to make an impact.

    Wage range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
