Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate identifying the best fit and outcome for each role and department. Keep detailed accurate records and provide timely communication to ensure the effectiveness and best outcome for each search.
Roles & Responsibilities
Review resumes for skills fit, phone screen and interview candidates for skills and culture fit.
Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback. Maintain interview calendars.
Manage job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to Indeed, other job boards and the company website, updating and re-posting as needed for best results.
Represent Trinity Solar at career fairs and hosted events and assist with new marketing initiatives.
Maintain detailed candidate notes in ATS. Maintain job description template library.
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of administrative coordination experience in a recruiting or human resources setting.
Strong communication skills including telephone, video calls, text messaging and email.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database experience is preferred.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
