    ROLE (Your Opportunity)
    We are currently seeking a Director Talent Management Programs to support our talent strategy programs within our Talent Management team. This position will contribute to building a culture where engagement, performance and development drive a high performance organization. You will lead a centralized talent strategy team with responsibility for performance management, talent reviews, and development planning. This will be done by leading a team of SMEs and partnering closely with the People Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team(s).
    RESULTS (Your Responsibilities)
    • Craft and implement scalable solutions including performance management, talent reviews/discussions, emerging talent pools, and career pathing programs.
    • Consult, design and build solutions aligned to strategic talent management roadmap (e.g.,talent reviews, career programs aligned by talent pool, and performance programs).
    • Contribute to the design the strategy and connection of talent programs across performance, development, and learning in close partnership with the L&D team and people business partners.
    • Support the evolution of talent discussions and calibrations to create a consistent, objective and outcome focused approach that identifies top talent and provides a view of talent.
    • Lead the design, discovery, and methodology for emerging talent pools including identification, programmatic development approaches and data insights to support business units to ensure talent is prioritized for critical positions and internal career growth.
    • Work with the L&D team to scope, design, and scale enablement of managers and leaders to build capability in engaging in core people leadership expectations.
    • Consult with senior people People Business Partners on localized programs for talent management or organization development.
    • Work with People Analytics teams to determine appropriate talent metrics to measure progress and impact of programs.
    • Build a central hub approach for coaching that is aligned to development of key talent audiences (e.g. successors).
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs along with our key cross-functional partners (i.e. PBPs, Project Management Team and other COEs)
    • Ensure ongoing prioritization and continuous improvement, delivering enhanced end user experiences in short sprints
    • Deliver results that are grounded in meaningful impact metrics and demonstrate an impact for both individuals and the organization.
    • Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency.

    RELATIONSHIPS

    • Lead a small team responsible for talent management and career programs.
    • Deep partnership across combined team of EX/TM/L&D to deliver a connected experience
    • Consult and partner with People Business Partners to engage with leaders and align to business roadmap and outcomes.
    • Develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
    • Key relationships with the Compensation and Talent Acquisition teams on job levels, architecture and strategic talent plans.
    • Engage with People Analytics teams to design talent scorecards, assessment and metrics.

    KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS (Our Ideal Candidate)

    • Deep experience in talent strategy practices and engagements for talent development, talent pools, and development with impact.
    • Competence in talent and organization development practices to identify solutions and leverage relevant resources.
    • Strong project management and program management experience with a track record of delivering large-scale, global projects or initiatives.
    • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with the ability to transfer into applied solutions.
    • Demonstrate operational excellence in managing projects from design to execution.
    • Exceptional communication skills combined with demonstrated problem solving ability are critical for this role.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work effectively in a team environment..
    • Ability to analyze data and propose methods for continuous improvement.
    • Ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment and guide others in doing so.
    • Able to build relationships, develop credibility with internal clients and mentor HR colleagues.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Your Qualifications)

    • Bachelor's Degree required and 7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience building organization culture, talent, and employee experience programs at different levels of organization scale and readiness.
    • Experience working on various People programs/projects as a contributing leader on the design of programs.

    Additional considerations:

    • Coaching certification from an industry recognized organization (Ex. International Coaching Federation/ICF)
    • An advanced degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, or a related field
