POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is part of Milliken’s Corporate Human Resources team and is located in Spartanburg, SC, at the corporate campus.
The position is assigned to one or more Business Unit(s) and is responsible for leading and managing all strategies and processes related to the sourcing, attraction, assessment, and selection of positions for the team(s).
The Recruiter reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and involves close interaction with the VP of Human Resources for the division(s) they support.
