Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our company's success by identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates who align with our culture and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruiting function for multiple locations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process for all applicants
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment processes
