As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will build and lead a team that manages the commercial, federal, and other contracted payers; and the authorization, approval, billing, audit and payment processes related to them. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluation of organization's market access and communicate the business market needs to the Business Development team
Create procedures and policies that drive efficiency and communication between the teams you manage and the rest of the organization
Oversee and manage the staff that performs payer audits and reviews
Manage the ALJ Hearing Process for Medicare RAC and Prepayment Audits
Evaluate the reimbursement opportunity for additional lines of business that could complement current business lines
Job Qualifications:
5 years of DME/Medical Reimbursement experience
Experience building and leading a team of remote and in-office employees
Experience contributing to long and short-term strategy of a fast-growth organization
