Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand how to enter weekly tape inventory into the computer 
• Be able to weigh-count all parts and record the count in the inventory 
• Inventory into the tape department all production and material components
• Know what parts go to what machine 
• Review weekly, quarterly, and yearly parts in inventory
• Understand inspection and test procedure
• Take weekly tape inventory
• Be able to detect and handle a non-conforming product in the area
• Understand how to carry out the first-in-first-out usage requirements 
• Process the tape samples to the lab for each new lot number of tape

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired
• Competent in the application of Microsoft Word & Excel 
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be confident and outgoing
• Must be self-motivated and team-oriented
• Must be friendly and able to ask questions in a non-confrontational manner
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor throughout Quality Assurance and all departments

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Must be able to use hand trimmers for a full shift and be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
