Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Dishwasher it to ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. The Dishwasher will maintain a proper level of inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to the sanitation code. You must be willing to work by yourself and as a team member to ensure the kitchen and dish area is maintained at all times.
Purpose/General Duties: Assist Kitchen and Logistics departments in daily tasks, including but not limited to the following:

Clean all dishes, pots, utensils, silverware from onsite and offsite events

Put away the dishes and all equipment used for onsite and offsite events

Assist in the organization, loading and unloading of our offsite vehicles

Maintain a standard pack out inventory for offsite events
-
Organize and take out trash and recyclables on proper schedule
-
Must work as a team player by assisting the kitchen/catering staff as needed
Schedule/ Hours:
< 39 hours/week
Varying - to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates
Expectations:

Be on time for scheduled work shifts
-
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.

Ability to read and understand equipment pack lists, utilizing close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
-
Ability to be self-directed with little supervision

Ability to work on and offsite with a reliable source of transportation
Additional comments regarding the nature, scope or purpose of this position:

Must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Significant walking or other means of mobility.

Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location):
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
