Full Charge Bookkeeper - Accountant

This position will review data entry and bookkeeping work, and correct and finalize financial statements. It will assist in and review the filing of excise taxes, quarterly payroll reports and year-end reporting. This, plus projects of every kind.
In public accounting, every day is something different, with new things to learn and train others as you go. At Action Tax, you'll work with small businesses in every industry, and help our entrepreneurial clients succeed, and ultimately, save money in their business.

Job Opportunity Requirements

Applicant must possess

• 4 years of progressive bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Software.
• Experience doing company excise taxes, payroll, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements.
• An Accounting degree is highly desirable, but not required based upon your practical experience.
• Public accounting experience of more than 1 year is highly desirable and will give you an edge on securing this job opportunity.
• An EA or CPA license, or having a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification will reward you with greater compensation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
