Job Description:

Duncan Disability Law, S.C. a firm emphasizing Social Security disability, Worker’s Compensation, and Elder Law seeks an associate attorney for a fast-paced practice, with a special emphasis on Social Security Federal Court appeals. We have a team-oriented approach to our practice. Experience is not required as we will train the right person, but candidate must be willing to do some learning on their own time. Prefer candidate with a passion for legal writing and readiness to master their skills with Social Security claimant hearings in front of Administrative Law Judges and willing to expand our areas of emphasis. Job Requirements:

• License to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
• Excellent writing skills, with emphasis on briefing
• Experience in Bankruptcy, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation a plus
• Knowledge of Social Security Disability Law a plus, but not a requirement
• Ability to communicate well with clients required
• Willing to perform hearings in administrative law settings
• Analytical skills
• Empathetic with client problems and issues

Job Benefits:

• Base salary $55,000, negotiable based on experience and aptitude
