A prestigious Boston based AmLaw 200 firm with a great reputation are looking for a Tax Associate with 3 years’ experience to join their expanding team.

They specialise predominantly in the mid-market space and work on exciting deals.

They have an immediate need for a candidate who has integrity and keen to work hard and learn from the best.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in MA.
• Good understanding on M/A
• Fund formation knowledge- not critical as happy to teach this.
• Experience working on M/A deals.

Compensation is based on the cravath scale , with additional end of year bonuses.

Required billables are 2000 with 100 on the job training included in this.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office 2 days working from home available.
