• Consulting with our clients on a daily basis
• Advising Client in proper maneuvers dealing with trust instruments
• Ability to structure and restructure business entities and to advise and counsel clients in such structuring.
• Ability to create ancillary documents related to such transactions.
• Create partnership agreements, management agreements and other business agreements
• Excellent research skills
• Looking to experience personal and professional growth.

• Candidate must have JD and admitted to practice by the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have good analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have excellent follow up and organizational skills
• Have experience or knowledge in Trustee responsibilities
• Have experience drafting contracts
