We are located in Ocean Springs, MS, and are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet and welcome clients visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette

- Provide administrative support as needed

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and completing online forms

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using office equipment such as copiers, printers, and phone systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
