We are currently accepting applications from Licensed Attorneys and/or Enrolled Agents to join our growing team. You should have experience in reviewing, investigating, and resolving client tax issues, in a high-volume environment, and we will provide our additional industry leading training and support in determining resolution strategies, and providing clients world class representation in a high-volume environment. Job Summary:

This position requires a self-starter with the ability to think and work independently with a capacity for understanding financial concepts. You and your team diagnose and determine strategy to represent taxpayers on resolution matters with the IRS, and state taxing authorities. This includes but is not limited to submitting/negotiating IRS Offers in Compromise, Innocent Spouse requests, Penalty Abatement requests, Installment Agreements defense of seizure actions, Appeals, and more. It is challenging but rewarding work as we provide life-changing results for our clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Investigate and diagnose a client's individual and/or business tax problems.
• Draft solution-oriented recommendations, addressing specific clients' tax issues on a consistent basis.
• Use strong analytical ability to conduct tax related research.
• Communication with both the IRS and States, to properly assess client's individual and business tax issues.
• Manage case files in a productive, efficient, and organized manner.
• Professionally communicate with clients
• Work collaboratively with all members of the CTAX team: Case Managers, Sales Associates, Tax Preparers, and fellow Practitioners to achieve best possible resolution.

You should be:

• A licensed Attorney and/or Enrolled Agent (EA) with a good foundational understanding and competency and demonstrable successful experience in tax resolution for both individuals and businesses and an eye for compliance and common tax challenges.
• Tax resolution experience in a high-volume tax resolution firm.
• Passionate about researching, diagnosing, and creating life changing solutions for clients.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
