Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Additionally, Tax Attorney requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Tax Attorney work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Tax Attorney typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. You would be involved with all of that.SOFTWARE:- You must be skilled with technology and possess a high-level proficiency at WordPerfect / Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and ATX software and electronic research.
- Exceptional research, advocacy and the ability to review/proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements are a must.
