Compensation:
$72,000 DOE
Responsibilities:-
Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
- Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects
- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
- Draft, review, execute, and file documents and correspondence related to any assigned area of the law

Meet with clients and/or their legal representatives, and attend all required meetings, hearings, and other necessary appointments to provide the legal planning and services necessary to meet their goals

Work to make client satisfaction a top priority, finding a quick resolution to client complaints and concerns

Represent the firm in the community by participating on boards, committees, and other community groups, when appropriate

Reviewing all documents for quality, grammar, and accuracy

Work efficiently and make recommendations to improve processes and be well organized to ensure clients’ files move smoothly through the office
Qualifications:-
Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
- Must be able to handle a heavy caseload with little supervision

Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a current license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
