Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires knowledge in property tax assessment, excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning docs - Strong public relations skills -Data entry skills are a must
- Proofread and transcribe documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Experience:

-Knowledge in Property tax assessment
- Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
