Summary of Work

• Serve as the agency's primary receptionist providing assistance to walk-in taxpayers, answering phone calls, and managing the agency's info email box.
• Manage the agency's Wellness Program, to include planning and implementing the annual wellness plan and a variety of activities to promote overall wellness across the agency.
• Process Canadian Refunds and Renter Refund applications.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires one of the following:

• Three years of work experience performing administrative support or customer support; OR
• Two years of education in an office support or business field, and one year of work experience performing administrative support or customer support.
