**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess: - Project coordination skills - Proficiency in computerized systems - Experience as a Personal Assistant or in Office Management - Strong skills in Order Entry, Data Entry, and Filing - Customer support experience - Familiarity with phone systems - Administrative capabilities This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for growth within the company, and a dynamic work environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
