The Tax Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Monolith’s domestic and international tax-related matters including ASC740 income tax provision, reserves and related financial disclosures, transfer pricing and implementation of tax strategies to optimize tax. This position will design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency. The Tax Director involves significant interaction with external auditors, finance staff, and process owners in other functions. This role will hire, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
