We are a busy accounting office looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeping and Office Assistant to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks. Bookkeeping Assistant responsibilities include entering financial transactions and balancing accounts as well as assisting with payroll and sales tax processing. Office Assistant tasks to include answering the telephone and other correspondence, generation of documents, filing, scanning and calendar management.
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn new things and the ability to manage multiple projects at once with little supervision.
