Tax Director directs and oversees an organization's tax policies and objectives. Monitors reporting and planning to ensure compliance with applicable tax statutes. Being a Tax Director ensures accuracy of tax returns and works to minimize the organization's tax obligations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Tax Director typically reports to top management. The Tax Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to assist with all types and complexities of income tax return preparation. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Required:
40 hours a week in tax season and 33 hours a week outside of tax season, exempt salary position. Seasonal and Part Time positions are options that can be discussed.
