Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification

AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE PERFORMING:

• high-volume human resource/recruiting/onboarding experience 
• analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment law
• mentoring, managing, and leading a team 
• employee counseling, performance evaluations & improvement plans
• hiring and terminations 

PREFERRED 

• Recruiting and leading in the accounting / finance industry preferred. 
• Employed in an HR position in a medium sized company, 50-150 employees
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS
• Payroll processing and benefits administration 

PAY & BENEFITS 

Annual Salary expectations for an active PHR or a SHRM-CP would be exempt and based on experience plus bonus and our amazing benefit package which includes:

• 4 weeks annually of paid time off (PTO) in year 1. 5 weeks of PTO in Year 2; 6 weeks of PTO after year 5.
