Tax Manager is responsible for managing the tax accounting staff and the tax planning, reporting, and compliance functions. Oversees the preparation of all tax filings and reporting in compliance with all required regulations. Being a Tax Manager evaluates the tax implications of company activities and develops strategies to minimize the tax obligations. Advises management on future changes to tax regulations and possible impact to the organization. Additionally, Tax Manager may manage and direct relationships with vendors and advisors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Tax Director or Top Tax Executive. The Tax Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Tax Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. What Awaits You:
Imagine a role where every day brings new challenges, and you get to be the superhero helping clients navigate settlement offers, set up payment plans, and shield them from IRS audits! As a Client Care Representative, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the resolution symphony, ensuring a harmonious experience for both our clients and your career.
Responsibilities:
- As a Case Manager, your job is to be the primary point of contact between the Client and Tax Professionals.
- Your caseload will consist of resolution and tax prep files.
- Assist in screening and verifying and gathering required documentations for the applicable service.
- Notating details summaries of all communications with clients.
- Manage a heavy caseload of (300-400)
- Communicate with clients and Tax Professionals in a helpful manner with a priority on customer service
- Constant phone and email follow up (contacting every client at least once every 14 days )
- Excellent organizational time management written and communication skills, Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and influence people.
- Submit a minimum of 10 closes per month for case closure
- 2 hours talk time minimum a day (3-4 hours preferred)
