BARBER MANAGER SUMMARY :

We are seeking a barber manager who has a passion for cutting hair. In this Position, you will lead our team of barbers and technicians, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere for all our clients. As an Experienced barber manager you will provide professional support as well as weekly scheduling, and capable of doing  marketing , social Media , and assisting with hiring process. Organizational and math ski;;s are important, as you will be reviewing over financial statements and ensuring our retail sales goals are met. Applicant must have barber license and professional Barbershop experience for 2 years minimum.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

  > Oversee our team of barbers, including hiring, Marketing and  Social Media, Scheduling . 

 > Promote a positive atmosphere with a high standard of guest satisfaction 

 > Resolves customer complaints 

 > Manage product inventory 

 > Review financial statements 

 > Greet Customers

>  Setting up goals For staff members, evaluating staff performance and providing Training and overall guiding.

> Processing clients payments 

 > Ensures that the shop is maintained well Cleaned at all times. 

MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

 > A Valid Certificate or License 

 > Experience working in a Barbershop or salon as a Barber professional 

> Communication, Leadership

 > High school diploma 

> The ability to work in a fast paced environment 

> exceptional customer services skills

 How many years of Customer service in barbershops ?

- Do you speak Spanish great plus
