University of Illinois Tax School is searching for a part-time Extra Help Events Administrator Associate. This position performs duties involved in all phases of planning and implementing both in-person and online events for a tax professional audience. Responsible for coordinating the event logistics for multiple in-person 2-day Fall Tax School events, as well as a variety of online Fall Tax School events. This position coordinates logistics for an additional 10-15 online events and large-scale stakeholder meetings annually.
Responsibilities include:
This position is anticipated to work 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours later in the year. This position will primarily work in Mumford Hall (1301 W. Gregory Drive, Urbana); there could be some flexibility to allow for remote work.
