This role will have a dual focus on helping with tax related tasks as well as administrative tasks on the wealth management side of the business.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare individual tax returns for clients
• Gather tax documents from clients and prepare them for a tax advisor to process
• Keep track of tasks lead advisors need to get done
• Enter new client information into technology systems
• Prepare, review and submit paperwork to custodians, our broker dealer, and investment sponsors
• Schedule meetings for advisors
• Receive requests for and processes money movement tasks for clients (ACH, checks, wires)

Qualifications

• 1 year of tax preparation experience is required
• Experience working with documents requiring exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
