Here are the things you will DO:

• Data entry on bookkeeping work for clients
• Provide other support on work for accountants
• Pull bookkeeping reports for clients
• Send bookkeeping reports to clients when requested
• Perform year end bookkeeping projects
• Attend weekly training meetings
• Innovate on current processes and look for opportunities to improve efficiencies and accuracy

You're what we're looking for!

Skills and Experience

• 1 year bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online preferred
• Bachelors in accounting or related field preferred
• A/R, A/P, and/or payroll experience preferred
