Tax Supervisor is responsible for supervising the tax reporting, tax planning, and compliance function. Supervises the completion of accurate tax returns in order to minimize the tax obligations of an organization. Being a Tax Supervisor must be familiar with regulations at the federal, state and local level. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Tax Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Tax Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Tax Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Supervisor (Tax) has responsibility for conducting client engagements. Assists in projects as required by Managers, Directors, and Partners. Meets client’s needs and concerns. Promotes teamwork and works as team member. Prepares correspondence accurately and in a timely manner. Prepares work-papers with definitive conclusions. Prepares financial statements.

What we offer:
The compensation for this position ranges from $79,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, licensure, and certifications.
