Supervises the completion of accurate tax returns in order to minimize the tax obligations of an organization. Being a Tax Supervisor must be familiar with regulations at the federal, state and local level. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Tax Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Tax Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Tax Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Looking for help in the office during the upcoming tax season (January-April) with data entry. This is a great position for a BGSU student looking to make a side income during the upcoming semester. The position offers flexible hours and can be accomodating to work around classes. No weekend hours required. I am looking for help with data entry regarding tax client information to assist me in preparing tax returns. Finance/business majors are a plus. Flexible hours; expect a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexibility to increase as your schedule allows.
If you have knowlege in tax preparation I am also posting for an assistant to help with tax returns. This position would be an increase in pay depending on experience.
