The candidate should demonstrate leadership abilities, including experience in mentoring junior associates, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Professional certifications such as CPA are often preferred, and a continuous commitment to staying updated on industry changes is essential for success in the role. It is preferred that the candidate can work towards the CPA certification if they do not already have that certification.
