Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students with special needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or coursework in early childhood education is a plus)
