Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team for a multi-grade Montessori classroom setup of 4th-6th grade students. As a Classroom Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students, fostering their intellectual and personal growth. This is a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students

- Teach various subjects such as Math, English, Science, or Social Studies

- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience

- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress

- Provide mentorship and guidance to students

- Adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Valid teaching certification/license

- 3 to 4 years of leading classroom experience in a proper school setup.

- Qualified and experienced in developing and leading the English Language Art and Humanities curriculum for upper elementary.

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver clear instructions

- Proficient in proofreading and editing written work for style and accuracy
