Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for educating and nurturing young minds, creating a positive learning environment, and fostering the intellectual and social development of students. Duties: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning - Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments - Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance - Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Strong knowledge of education administration, literacy education, and childhood development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations - Experience in physical education, tutoring, childcare, or special education is a plus We offer competitive salary packages, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
